What do we mean by, GROWING UP. Yes, it's not a hard term to understand, but what does it means? Growing up in size? shape? mentally? physically? or?

      What i figured out till today is, parents who caged their children and protect them under their wings, do not understand the meaning of Growing Up. They'll think that they're protecting their children against all harms and threats, but what they dont know is, that their children are actually babies!!

      I've met parents who are like that, even when the children are alraedy old enough to get married! But yet, they still hold their children tighly as though they're married to them, and do not want to let them fly free !! Dont they read about parenting? Dont they attend seminars or courses on how to educate your kids and be a super top parent? Or perhaps, the parents themselves had had some personal experience and hence they're now putting revenge on their own kids !!

      Oh well. what can i say more about this? Life's  short. If u hold your kids back till they're already in their twenties or thirties, you're already grabbing hold one third of their life ! another one third of their lives will be spend being in marriage (if they're lucky enough to get their parents' approval to let them marry the person they want), and the last one third of their lives will be spend in the house, being old, rotting, and they'll start to hold their children tightly again, like how their parents did to them. Cant you see it? It's a cycle !!

      Wake up and grow up when u still have the chance to. Dont regret when you're already thirty something, and still dependind on your good old mama to make decisions for you !!
